The Saperstein Agency Inc. is dedicated to providing our customers with the most prompt and professional service that is available. The policy that you buy is only as good as the service that stands behind it. Like most business's our office hours are Monday through Friday from 9:00am to 5:00pm. We urge you to call our office during this time to report a new claim, follow up on the status of an existing claim or to answer any claims related issues.

However, in the event that you need immediate claims service and it is on the weekend or after normal business hours we have set up this web site to help you. Please use the following telephone numbers to contact your insurance company during the times that our office is closed:

Although you may call any of these companies to report a claim, we recommend that you contact our office as soon as possible so that we may assist you with your claim and attend to your needs.

If the insurance company that you have your insurance with is not listed here, please contact our office at your earliest convenience.

In the event of a fire, water damage, wind storm or other property claim your first priority is to protect the undamaged property from further damage.
